Scalloped Bib Open-Back Knit Top

A cream hand-knit cropped jumper with a scalloped bib panel outlined in black, ruffled ric-rac trim running over the shoulders, and short puff sleeves gathered into ribbed cuffs. The back opens to a wide scooped cut-out edged in the same black and cream trim.
