Refund policy

Every piece at House of Evara & Brew is a one-of-one, pre-loved garment, personally sourced and curated. Because each item is unique and cannot be restocked, all sales are final, with the exceptions outlined below.

Before you order

Each listing includes the piece's condition grade (A, B, or C), detailed measurements, and photographs of any wear or character marks. Pre-loved garments may show gentle signs of a previous life — this is disclosed in the listing and is part of what you're purchasing. We strongly encourage you to check the measurements against a garment you own before ordering, as we do not accept returns for fit.

When we do accept returns

We will offer a full refund or store credit if:

• The item you received is significantly different from its listing (wrong item, undisclosed damage, or inaccurate condition grading)
• The item was damaged in transit

To raise a claim, email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days in the same condition received, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Where the fault is ours, we cover return shipping.

What we don't accept

• Returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or styling preference
• Claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery
• Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without original packaging
• Wear, marks, or imperfections that were disclosed in the listing or reflected in the condition grade

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the piece has not yet shipped. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
