Welcome to House of Evara & Brew ("HoEB," "we," "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing.

1. About us

House of Evara & Brew is operated by Evaravishnu OPC Private Limited, New Delhi, India. We are a curation house for pre-loved garments sourced from markets in India and internationally.

2. The nature of our products

All items sold on this site are pre-owned, one-of-one pieces unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each listing discloses the piece's condition grade (A, B, or C), measurements, sourcing city, and photographs of any wear. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a pre-loved garment whose condition is as described in its listing, and that minor signs of previous wear consistent with the stated condition grade do not constitute a defect.

3. Product listings and accuracy

We make every effort to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Measurements are taken flat and are provided in the listing; garment brand labels, where present, reflect the original manufacturer and do not imply any affiliation between that brand and HoEB.

4. Orders and availability

Because each piece is unique, an item is only confirmed as yours once your payment is successfully processed. If two orders are placed for the same piece near-simultaneously, the first completed payment prevails and the other order will be cancelled and fully refunded. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies, with a full refund issued in such cases.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are indicated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or customs delays beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide; please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy, available on this site, forms part of these Terms. In summary: all sales are final given the one-of-one nature of our pieces, except where an item is significantly misdescribed or damaged in transit, in which case a refund or store credit will be provided as per that policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including brand names, logos, photography, product descriptions, and editorial content — is the property of Evaravishnu OPC Private Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or copy our content or listings, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably suspect misuse.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this site.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions granting you rights to other forums.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
